Listing is free
Listing a property on WagadProperties.com and searching for homes is free at present. We do not charge tenants any brokerage. Since we do not collect any payment right now, there is nothing to refund or cancel.
Payments between users
Rent, security deposit, token amount, sale price or girvi amount are paid directly between users. WagadProperties does not collect, hold or refund these amounts. Any refund of such money is between the owner, broker and tenant or buyer, as per their own agreement.
Future paid services
If we start any paid service in future (for example featured listings), its price, what you get and its refund and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and this page will be updated.
Beware of fraud
WagadProperties never asks for money on behalf of an owner, and never asks for your OTP. If anyone asks you for a fee in our name, please do not pay and report it to support@wagadproperties.com.
